Any individual or small group can take advantage of the tools and resources that we have compiled. The only prerequisite is a commitment to help and serve others and to develop trust and relationship with others who will be a part of your Christ Centered Career Group. The process of forming your small group is very straightforward, costs no money (except perhaps a cup of coffee periodically) and doesn’t take much planning. This section, and the PDF document below is intended to help men and women effectively form their group and includes the following:

• Initial meeting approaches and topics
• Questions and lessons learned

We encourage you to also review the “helpful tools” section of this site for resources that will also be helpful in forming your Christ Centered Career Group. Some resources include:

• Bible verses for group devotionals and study
• Weekly progress/priorities worksheet for meeting discussions
• Other helpful resources
